Implement a hanger maintenance schedule. This is non-negotiable. Burn-off ovens or chemical stripping both work, but the key is consistency. Don’t wait until you notice a problem; prevent the problem from happening in the first place.

Train your operators. The guys on the line need to understand why grounding matters, not just that it matters. Show them the meter readings.
